Two-storey house in Dabrowa

A house that gained one shared language

In a large house, one nice room is not enough.
Consistency, proportions and an atmosphere that carries through the whole building matter.
Here we brought many different spaces into order so everything could work as one story.
The most important change happened not in one room, but in the character of the entire house.

House in Dabrowa Gornicza

A coherent direction for a large space

In this house, one attractive zone was not enough. The materials, light and colours had to connect the day zone, kitchen, rooms and bedroom into one calm arrangement.

Floor area

Around 180 m²

Large house with a day zone, kitchen, toilet, office, additional rooms and bedroom.

Standard

Close to the Prestige package

A higher standard driven mainly by scale, material consistency, refined lighting and more representative zones of the house.

Price

Around PLN 340,000 gross

The amount reflects the large area and work visible across several house zones, not a single room.

The challenge

A large area without a coherent direction

With this amount of space, it is easy to create several nice but separate interiors. The main challenge was to connect the living room, kitchen, rooms and bedroom with one style and lighting rhythm.

What we did

We unified materials, light and zones

We refined the day zone, kitchen, toilet, office and private rooms. We changed the way the interior feels through warmer materials, darker accents, lighting and a better division of functions.

The result

A house that looks and works as a whole

The interior is more representative, but still practical. Individual rooms have their own functions, while staying connected to the rest of the house.

The price shown is indicative and applies to this specific project: its floor area, scope, standard and technical conditions. The package is shown as a point of reference, not as a ready-made offer for every similar interior.

Living room

A large space that gained rhythm and weight

Before, the living room was a large empty area with a cool floor and accidental lighting. After the change, it became the main zone of the house: warmer, more elegant and clearly divided by function.

Division without walls

The furniture layout, rug, light and darker floor define zones without taking openness away from the living room.

Warmth instead of coldness

Wood, soft seating, curtains and lighting break the technical character of the large area.

Kitchen

From old built-ins to a dark, calm function

The kitchen kept its practical working character, but gained a completely different class. Dark fronts, a stone-like countertop pattern and gold details organise the narrow room and give it a clear style.

Two strong lines

Built-ins on both sides guide the eye into the room and make maximum use of the available space.

Detail without excess

Black fronts, gold handles and worktop lighting create the effect, while the kitchen stays clean and comfortable.

Toilet

A small room with a very strong effect

The toilet stopped being a neutral, technical room. Dark tiles, a naturally patterned countertop, shelves and lighting created an interior that makes an impression despite its small size.

Wood as contrast

A natural countertop and shelves warm up the dark walls. The room feels strong, but not cold.

Light in the niche

Shelf and mirror lighting build depth. A small interior gains layers, not only new wall finishes.

Office

Working from home without a random room with a desk

A small empty room became an office with a darker, more focused character. There is space to work, talk, store things and calmly welcome a client or guest.

Focused mood

Dark wood, curtains and focused lighting quiet the room down. The office is meant to support work, not distract from it.

Representative function

The armchair, cabinet, artwork and bookcase make the room feel like more than a temporary workspace.

Guest room

An interior prepared like a small suite

The guest room gained a calm, hotel-like character. It is not overloaded, but it has everything a private space needs for someone staying in the house longer.

Comfort without excess

The bed, desk, TV and soft textiles create a complete function without a cramped, overloaded effect.

Dark accents

A darker base and simple lighting give the room a more mature and calmer character than before.

Bedroom

A private space with stronger colour and calm

The attic bedroom gained a more expressive character. A dark wine colour, wood, textiles and light work with the sloped geometry instead of hiding it.

The slope as an asset

Colour and light emphasise the attic geometry. The bedroom does not fight the slope; it turns it into part of the mood.

Warmth of the private zone

Wood, curtains, a soft rug and a calm bed create an interior that is more intimate than representative.
