Mivare Benefits Programme

One bonus, two forms

The bonus is based on the gross agreement value on the day of signing. You choose the form when you sign: a furnishing bonus or cashback.

Furnishing bonus

The full bonus value as a furnishing credit within your agreement. You use it until the final handover for furniture, lighting, appliances and accessories we select together with you.

  • The full bonus value for furnishing your interior.
  • To be used until the final handover.
  • Not exchangeable for cash and not transferable to another person.

Cashback of 70% of the bonus

If you prefer money back, you choose cashback of 70% of the bonus value. We pay it after final acceptance and payment of the last instalment.

  • Example: a PLN 3,000 bonus means PLN 2,100 cashback.
  • Paid after final acceptance and the last payment.
  • You choose the form when you sign the agreement.

How the Programme works in 4 steps

You sign the agreement

The bonus is based on the gross agreement value on the day of signing. That is when you choose the form: bonus or cashback.

We carry out the works

We deliver the project in line with the agreed scope, schedule and terms of the agreement.

You choose the furnishings

You use the furnishing bonus during the project, no later than the final handover.

Final acceptance

If you choose cashback, we pay 70% of the bonus after final acceptance and payment of the last instalment.

Why this works better than “no invoice”

You get security and a real benefit

Many offers tempt you with apparent savings. Cheaper, faster, no documents.
The problem appears when there is a delay, a correction or a dispute.

Programme terms

Worth knowing

  • The Programme applies to agreements for projects in Mivare Interiors finishing packages, other than the Economy package. It does not cover design-only agreements.
  • The bonus is based on the gross agreement value on the day of signing. Annexes extending the scope after signing do not increase the bonus.
  • For agreements below PLN 50,000, there is no bonus. From PLN 50,000 to PLN 100,000: 3% of the agreement value. Above PLN 100,000: PLN 3,000 plus PLN 2,500 for every full further PLN 50,000.
  • The furnishing bonus is a credit within the agreement, to be used until the final handover. It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
  • Cashback equals 70% of the bonus value and is paid after final acceptance and payment of the last instalment.
  • You choose the form of the benefit when you sign the agreement.
  • If the client terminates the agreement, the bonus is forfeited in proportion to the part of the agreement not carried out.
  • Bonus and cashback amounts are given in full zloty, rounded down.
