Mivare Interiors bonus programme terms

1. Organiser and scope of the programme
The bonus programme is organised by MIVARE GROUP PROSTA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA, with its registered office in Krasnobród, KRS 0001268091, NIP 9223092251, REGON 545767254, operating under the Mivare Interiors brand (hereinafter “Mivare”).
The programme is intended for clients concluding renovation contracts in the Mivare Interiors renovation packages, except the Economy package. It does not cover contracts for the interior design alone.
Participation in the programme is voluntary. One bonus is due per contract.
2. Definitions
- Client: a person who is a party to a contract concluded with Mivare.
- Contract: a renovation contract in a Mivare Interiors renovation package other than Economy.
- Contract value: the gross value of the contract on the day it is signed; annexes increasing the scope of works after signing do not change it.
- Bonus: the promotional benefit calculated under section 3, in the form chosen under section 4.
3. Amount of the bonus
The bonus is due if the contract states its amount and the form chosen by the client.
- contract value below PLN 50,000: no bonus;
- contract value from PLN 50,000 up to and including PLN 100,000: the bonus is 3% of the contract value;
- contract value above PLN 100,000: the bonus is PLN 3,000 plus PLN 2,500 for each further full PLN 50,000 above PLN 100,000.
Amounts are stated in full zlotys, rounded down.

4. Form of the bonus
The client chooses the form of the bonus when signing the contract; the choice is recorded in the contract.
- furnishing bonus (default form): an amount to be used for furnishings within the contract, until the final handover; the bonus cannot be transferred to another contract or another person and cannot be exchanged for cash;
- cash refund (cashback): 70% of the bonus value, paid after the final handover and after payment of the last part of the fee, by bank transfer to the account indicated by the client.
5. Conditions for using the bonus
The cash refund is paid once the client has settled all amounts due under the contract and there is no dispute about the settlements covered by the contract.
Mivare may refuse to provide the bonus or request repayment of its equivalent if the bonus was granted on the basis of untrue data or without the programme conditions being met.
6. Termination of the contract
If the client terminates the contract, the bonus is forfeited in proportion to the part of the contract not performed.
7. Combining with other promotions
The bonus cannot be combined with other Mivare Interiors promotions unless the offer provides otherwise.
8. Complaints
The client submits complaints concerning the programme to hej@mivare.pl or in writing to the registered office address disclosed in the National Court Register (KRS). A complaint should include the client's details, the contract number and a description of the objection.
Mivare responds to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
9. Final provisions
All amounts in these terms are gross amounts. The bonus is settled in accordance with the law, including tax law, applicable to the given form of the bonus.
These terms are available on the mivare.pl website. A change, suspension or end of the programme does not apply to contracts concluded earlier; such contracts are governed by the terms in force on the day they were concluded.
Matters not governed by these terms are governed by Polish law and the provisions of the contract. Disputes are settled by the court having jurisdiction under the law. These terms do not limit the consumer's rights under provisions that cannot be excluded by contract.
