Material Standard
The price agreed in the contract stays unchanged for 9 months from the start of works. If the project runs longer through our own fault, the price still holds. Beyond that period, where the delay is outside our control, we return to a conversation about rates, because material and labour prices can move over a longer horizon.
The material tier describes the class of materials, not the quality of workmanship, which is the same in every package. One star is a proven standard from a closed catalogue, five is top shelf.
What exactly is included in the package?
The Prestige Package is for clients who want not only finishing, but a coherent concept for the entire interior. This is where real work on style, materials and detail begins, and that is later truly felt in everyday use.
- Surface preparation: primer, Q3 and Q4 skim coats in representative areas and floor levelling.
- Walls: any number of colours and selected premium decorative finishes.
- Floors: premium LVT vinyl, engineered wood or 60×120 porcelain tiles.
- Premium skirting boards, non-rebated or selected concealed doors, stone or conglomerate window sills.
- Material and style concept plus 3D visualisations of every room in the renovation.
- Extended preparation of installations and lighting.
In the Prestige Package, the kitchen becomes an important element of the whole project. It means more freedom, better material formats and clearly stronger preparation for built-ins.
- Floor and walls: 60×60, 60×120 or larger-format porcelain tiles in selected zones.
- Preparation of points for an island or peninsula.
- Higher standard for the wall above the worktop and work details.
- Installation of investor-supplied furniture and appliances or coordination of ready-made set purchases.
The bathroom in the Prestige Package should already feel like a conscious part of the whole interior. You can see greater material freedom, better proportions and clearly more refined detail.
- Flooring: tiles or 60×60, 60×120 or 80×80 porcelain tiles.
- Walls: tiles up to 270 cm.
- Concealed fittings, walk-in shower or built-in bathtub.
- LED mirror and 3 lighting points.
- Greater freedom in selecting ceramics and details.
This is the level where materials start building not only durability, but the true character of the interior. Here, the client sees the difference not only in a catalogue, but also after several years of use.
- Premium ceramic and decorative paints (Flügger, Tikkurila, Benjamin Moore).
- Floors: premium LVT vinyl, engineered wood, 60×120 porcelain tiles (Quick-Step, Barlinek, Tubądzin).
- Higher-tier ceramics and fixtures (Laufen, Villeroy & Boch, Catalano).
- Premium wallpapers and wall coverings from selected collections.
- Premium fittings (Hansgrohe, Grohe Essence, Omnires).
