The “Luxury” package is the highest finishing level in the Mivare offer. It was created for clients who want an interior refined not only technically, but also aesthetically and functionally in every dimension. It is a more individual proposal, more demanding on our side and focused on an uncompromising result, which is why the entire scope is built very consciously and without random promises.

Material Standard
The price agreed in the contract stays unchanged for 12 months from the start of works. If the project runs longer through our own fault, the price still holds. Beyond that period, where the delay is outside our control, we return to a conversation about rates, because material and labour prices can move over a longer horizon.
The material tier describes the class of materials, not the quality of workmanship, which is the same in every package. One star is a proven standard from a closed catalogue, five is top shelf.
What exactly is included in the package?
The Luxury Package was created for clients who expect the highest level of refinement, project care and aesthetic consistency. Here, what matters is not only the standard of materials, but also the quality of decisions, the pace of the process and a final result that should look mature and premium from the start.
- Surface preparation: full preparation, Q4 skim coats in representative areas and precise detailing.
- Walls: any number of colours and premium decorative finishes selected individually.
- Floors: higher-class engineered wood, parquet or large-format porcelain tiles and sintered slabs within the agreed scope.
- Premium skirting boards, non-rebated or concealed doors, stone window sills.
- Extended interior concept and 3D visualisations of every room in the renovation.
- Expanded lighting plan and refinement of finishing details.
In the Luxury Package, the kitchen is one of the key zones of the whole interior. That is why the scope includes not only high-class finishing, but also more detailed guidance of material and execution decisions.
- Floor and walls: large-format porcelain tiles or sintered slabs in the agreed standard.
- Full preparation of points for extensive built-ins, an island or peninsula.
- Coordination of kitchen built-ins and appliances with project partners.
- Worktops, fronts and details selected individually within the agreed standard.
The bathroom in the Luxury Package should create the feeling of a cohesive, mature, top-class interior. Detail, material proportions and refinement of the bathing zone matter here.
- Flooring: large-format tiles or sintered slabs in the agreed standard.
- Walls: cladding up to 270 cm or full height in selected zones.
- Premium concealed fittings, walk-in shower or freestanding or built-in bathtub depending on the layout.
- LED mirror and 4 lighting points.
- Refined details of the bathing and storage zones.

- Floors: premium wood boards and parquet, plus large-format porcelain tiles and sintered slabs from renowned brands.
- Premium ceramics and fixtures (Laufen, Villeroy & Boch, Catalano).
- Wallpapers, claddings and decorative finishes from designer collections.
- Premium and luxury segment fittings (Hansgrohe, AXOR, Grohe Essence).
The Luxury Package is the highest level of investment management. The greatest value here is not the material list itself, but how strongly we organise the client's entire process and final result.
