What exactly is included in the package?
The Comfort Package is for people who want to feel a clear jump in quality. It still keeps the budget sensible, but adds better materials, more freedom of choice and details that create a more pleasant interior from the start.
- Surface preparation: primer, Q3 skim coats in living areas and floor levelling.
- Walls: painting in 2-3 colours and 1 decorative accent.
- Floors: AC5 panels or LVT vinyl.
- MDF skirting boards, non-rebated doors and conglomerate window sills.
- Material and arrangement consultation plus basic adjustments to electrical points.
In the Comfort Package, the kitchen starts to feel more considered. You gain better finishing, better material formats and stronger preparation for comfortable, modern built-ins.
- Flooring: 60×60 or 60×120 porcelain tiles.
- Wall above the worktop: tiles or tempered glass up to 60 cm.
- Preparation of points for built-ins and a possible island.
- Installation of furniture and appliances supplied by the investor.
The bathroom in the Comfort Package is more refined visually and functionally. This is the level where you truly see the difference in everyday perception of the interior.
