What exactly is included in the package?
The Classic Package organises the entire process from the first preparatory works to a finished, aesthetic interior. It is a sensible standard for people who want a well-finished apartment without too many decisions or costly additions.
- Surface preparation: primer, skim coats and floor levelling.
- Walls: painting in 1-2 colours from a calm palette.
- Floors: AC4 laminate panels or porcelain tiles in wet zones.
- MDF skirting boards, rebated doors and MDF window sills.
- Standard plumbing and electrical installations within the basic scope.
The kitchen in the Classic Package provides a clean, functional base for everyday use. Everything is prepared so built-ins and appliances can be installed smoothly without overpaying for elements that are not necessary at this stage.
- Flooring: 30×60 or 60×60 porcelain tiles.
- Wall above the worktop: tiles or tempered glass up to 1.5 linear metres.
- Prepared plumbing, sewage and electrical connections for standard built-ins.
- Installation of furniture and appliances supplied by the investor.
The bathroom is ready to use from the day of handover. We focus on durable solutions, a clear scope and aesthetics that handle everyday life well.
- Flooring: ceramic tiles or 30×60 or 60×60 porcelain tiles.
- Walls: tiles up to 210 cm.
- Shower with enclosure or built-in bathtub.
- Washbasin with cabinet, compact WC.
- Mirror up to 1 m² and 1 lighting point.

- Floors: AC4 panels (Egger, Krono Original) or floor coverings for selected rooms.

- Chrome fittings in a proven standard (Grohe, Ferro, Cersanit).
