Material Standard
The price agreed in the contract stays unchanged for 6 months from the start of works. If the project runs longer through our own fault, the price still holds. Beyond that period, where the delay is outside our control, we return to a conversation about rates, because material and labour prices can move over a longer horizon.
The material tier describes the class of materials, not the quality of workmanship, which is the same in every package. One star is a proven standard from a closed catalogue, five is top shelf.
What exactly is included in the package?
The Economy Package runs the whole project to a scope agreed in advance and a closed material catalogue. The work moves faster and the cost is known from the day the contract is signed.
- Substrate preparation: priming, Q2 skim coats, levelling the floors.
- Walls: painting in one colour from a closed palette.
- Flooring: AC4 laminate panels from a single collection or porcelain tiles in wet areas.
- MDF skirting, rebated doors in one model, MDF window sills.
- Water and electrical installations within the existing points.
- Scope agreed before the works start and not changed during the project.
The kitchen is prepared for the installation of ready-made cabinetry. The scope covers everything needed to fit the furniture and appliances smoothly.
- Floor: 60x60 porcelain tiles from the package catalogue.
- Splashback: tiles up to 1.5 linear metres.
- Water and electrical connections at the existing points.
- Installation of furniture and appliances supplied by the investor.
The bathroom is ready to use from the day of handover. The solutions are simple, durable and chosen to withstand heavy daily use.
- Floor and walls: 60x60 porcelain tiles, wall tiles up to 210 cm.
- Shower cabin with a tray or a built-in bathtub, your choice.
- Ceramics and taps from a single catalogue line.
- Washbasin with a cabinet, close-coupled WC.
- Mirror up to 1 sqm and one lighting point.
The package catalogue covers proven materials from repeatable collections. They are easy to maintain, available off the shelf and hold up well in daily use.
- Standard-class latex paints (Sniezka, Beckers).
- AC4 laminate panels from a single collection (Egger, Krono Original).
- 60x60 porcelain tiles from the core collections of established manufacturers.
- Chrome ceramics and taps in a proven standard (Cersanit, Ferro).
- Materials chosen exclusively from the package catalogue.
