Estimate Renovation Scope
Select rooms, enter their areas and choose a work variant. The result is calculated from the midpoint of the price range.
This makes it clear which interiors influence the budget most.
Rooms and area
- Room scope - you can choose a living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, rooms, hallway, study, office, WC or attic.
- Separate area - each room has its own area, so the result does not merge the whole apartment into one artificial rate.
- Different rates - a kitchen, bathroom and attic have a different character than a living room or bedroom, so the calculator estimates them separately.
Pricing packages
- Refresh - a variant for lighter works when the interior needs improvement, not a full renovation.
- Functional Renovation - a base variant for a more serious change, with a larger scope of work and materials.
- Luxury Metamorphosis - a variant for projects where details, better materials and a higher finishing standard matter.
- Pricing variant - you can calculate labour only, labour with standard materials or a variant with luxury materials.
How to read the result
- Midpoint of the range - the calculator takes the midpoint of the price range to show a reasonable starting point for a conversation.
- Gross as the main result - the result shows total gross cost, net value and the average rate per m².
- Indicative estimate - the final cost depends on removals, installations, wall, floor and ceiling condition, materials and details.
