  • Substrate preparation - from no preparation, through developer standard, to removing the old layer and levelling.
  • Installation class - standard, advanced, comprehensive or expert, depending on difficulty and the expected result.
  • Panel underlays - no underlay or Comfort, Prestige or Luxury variant.
  • Floor Panels - you can calculate the service alone or add material in the chosen class.
  • Skirting boards - the class of skirting boards, their length and optional painting are calculated separately.
How to read the result
  • Floor cost - the summary shows labour, preparation, underlays, panels and skirting boards.
  • Average per m² - the average rate shows the indicative floor cost for the selected standard.
  • Indicative estimate - the final cost depends on the substrate, expansion gaps, thresholds, cuts, skirting boards and room layout.
