A bathroom is small only on the floor plan

Bathroom Renovation Calculator

Estimate bathroom renovation costs, including area, walls, ceiling, floor, installations, WC, fixtures and standard.
This calculator shows why a bathroom needs a separate calculation, not one simple price per metre.
In a bathroom, cost most often hides in installations and details.

Estimate Bathroom Renovation Scope

Enter area, height and scope. The calculator will estimate walls, ceiling, floor, installations and fixtures.
Treat the result as a starting point before measurement and an individual quote.

Bathroom surfaces
  • Floor - floor area is the basis for flooring, underfloor heating and part of the installation works.
  • Walls - bathroom height and area allow the wall area for painting or tiling to be estimated.
  • Ceiling - the calculator includes the ceiling as a separate plane with its own finish variant.
Pricing elements
  • Preparation - no preparation, developer standard, refresh or full renovation.
  • Walls, ceiling and floor - you choose the finish variant for each surface separately.
  • Installations - you can add water and sewage works, drains, WC frame, electrical points, ventilation and LED.
  • Fixtures - WC, washbasin, bathtub, shower, bidet, radiator and bathroom furniture are calculated separately.
  • Material standard - own, Comfort, Prestige or Luxury variant affects the entire calculation.
How to read the result
  • A bathroom is technical - the result shows not only aesthetics, but also installations and fixture installation.
  • Gross as the main result - the summary shows the indicative gross value and a net breakdown.
  • Indicative estimate - the final cost depends on risers, installation condition, waterproofing, drains, tiles and installation details.

Bathroom dimensions

On this basis, the calculator estimates wall, ceiling and floor surface areas.

m
Important Walls are estimated from floor area. An irregular bathroom requires measurement.
2

Surfaces and standard

Choose the scope for walls, ceiling and floor, plus material standard.

3

Installations

Choose water, sewage and electrical works to include in the indicative estimate.

4

WC and fixtures

Additional installations are counted as separate items to keep the result clearer.

Why counted separately? A bathroom has many small decisions that quickly change the budget. That is why WC and fixtures are shown separately instead of being hidden in one average price.

Additional fixtures

This calculation is not a commercial offer.
The calculator is a supporting tool and shows an indicative cost of works.
We can confirm the final price only after reviewing the scope, finishing standard and property condition during an inspection.
