Partner Program
for Technical Partners
You solve the failure, installation or technical work. We take over the stage that remains after the technical part: walls, ceilings, floors, trims, built-ins and details.
We work in two models: as a referral partner or as execution support for your company.
The client sees continuity. You remove a scope from your shoulders that is not your service.
A program for technical companies that want to leave the issue fully closed
What a technical partner gains
This program is for companies that enter a client's property with a specific technical intervention and, after completing their part, see the second stage: interior restoration. You stay within your specialisation. We take over repair, finishing, documentation and aesthetic closure of the place after a failure, installation or modification. You get a ready answer for the client, not another problem to handle with your own resources.
A ready answer for the client
After the technical part, the client gets a further path: scope, quote, date and a team for interior restoration.
Fewer issues after the intervention
You do not take on plastering, tiles, painting, trims or built-ins. You hand the scope over to a partner who handles exactly that.
Commission or discount
We agree the referral model: a commission for the partner, a discount for the client or a mixed arrangement for recurring requests.
A better image of your company
The client sees that the partner does not end the relationship at a demolished wall. They receive further contact, a plan and an organised closure of the matter.
Which companies this program works for
Where this model makes the most sense
For technical companies that want to leave behind not only a working installation, repaired element or resolved failure, but also a client who feels the matter has been brought to completion. The program is for contractors, service teams and specialists who do their part well but know that the client is often left with a visible trace of the intervention: a wall, ceiling, tiles, floor, built-in or detail that needs repair. We take over that stage, organise the area after technical work and restore a clean, finished appearance so the client sees the whole matter as closed.
Plumbers and water-sewage installers
Leaks, replacing connections, installation modifications, opening up bathrooms, kitchens, risers, built-ins and places that need to be finished again after repair.
Leak detection and drying
After measurements, reports and drying, the client often needs the next stage: repairing walls, ceilings, floors, built-ins and returning the interior to use.
Electricians and smart home
Chases, new points, distribution boards, lighting, controls and low-voltage installations later require aesthetic closing of walls and ceilings.
Air conditioning, joinery and installations
Air-conditioning units, heat recovery, doors, windows, blinds, window sills and penetrations through partitions often require trims, painting or built-ins.
Two packages for two types of requests
How we take over the stage after a technical intervention
Not every request requires a major renovation. Sometimes the priority is to start quickly after a failure, and sometimes it is to calmly take over a larger scope after installations, fittings or technical changes. That is why the program works in two paths: the 24h Emergency Package and the Restoration Package.
for flooding, leaks, water damage and urgent post-intervention requests
24h Emergency Package
This variant is for partners who are finishing an urgent intervention after flooding, a leak, installation failure or demolition and want to immediately give the client a further, organised step.
After the request, we launch the case within 24 hours: we collect photos, describe the scope, agree the next step and prepare for restoration works. The partner does not have to run the post-failure renovation with their own resources.
Path started within 24h
We quickly organise photos, damage description, restoration scope and the next action plan for the client.
Restoration after damage
We take over walls, ceilings, built-ins, tiles, floors, skim coats, painting and details after a failure.
for larger restoration after installations, fittings and technical changes
Restoration Package
This variant is for larger and planned scopes after fittings, installation modifications, electrical work, air conditioning, heat recovery, joinery, doors, windows or blinds.
We take over the renovation stage after technical work: chases, penetrations, trims, ceilings, built-ins, skim coats, painting, trims and material connections. The partner stays within their specialisation and the client receives a finished result without searching for another crew.
Larger scope after technical work
Skim coats, painting, plasterboard, trims, finishing details, tiles, floors and refinement of places after installation.
One further contractor
The partner points to a ready path for further works instead of leaving the client with a list of random contacts.
Two cooperation models with a technical partner
How cooperation works
The program works in two simple models. In the referral model, you pass the client to us and receive the agreed settlement for a completed order. In the execution support model, you commission us to handle the restoration stage as part of your own customer service. In both variants, we keep a clear scope, clear responsibility and a specific way to submit cases.
Referral Model
The partner recommends us to the client after their intervention. We handle the conversation, quote, contract and delivery. The partner receives a commission or activates a discount for the client.
Support Model
The partner commissions us to handle the restoration stage within their own customer service. We agree the B2B scope, settlement and communication method before entering the case.
24h Emergency Mode
For emergency requests, we launch the case within 24 hours: photos, description, initial assessment, next step and plan for entering the scope.
Fixed rules
We agree what the partner tells the client, how the contact is handed over and where each side's responsibility ends.
Clear division of responsibility
Technical work on your side. Restoration on ours.
We do not take responsibility for the installation, technical diagnosis or quality of work performed by the partner. That remains with the company that carried out the technical intervention. We take responsibility for the agreed scope of restoration, renovation and finishing works. This gives the client continuity, while the partner does not mix their technical responsibility with our finishing scope.
On our side
- Assessment of the restoration scope based on photos, conversation, inspection or provided information.
- Preparation of a quote, schedule and scope of work related to finishing, repair or restoring the interior aesthetic.
- Handling works such as skim coats, painting, plasterboard built-ins, tiles, floors, trims, finishing details and small details.
- Documenting stages, arrangements and the final result in a clear way, including through the My Mivare panel.
- Legal cooperation, contract, invoice and warranty for the works performed by us.
On the technical partner's side
- Reliable execution, diagnosis or securing of your own technical scope before passing the client on.
- Clearly informing the client that we are responsible for interior restoration, not for the installation performed by the partner.
- Providing photos, a short description of the situation and the client's contact details only with their consent.
- Following the agreed rules for discount, commission and communication without making promises to the client outside the agreed model.
- Building a shared reputation: the technical issue is solved properly and the interior is not abandoned halfway.
Operational support for the program
My Mivare
Works after a failure or technical intervention can easily fall apart in communication: photos sit on a phone, arrangements sit in conversation, and the client asks the partner what happens next. In My Mivare, we keep requests, scopes, statuses, photos and documents in one place. For the partner, this means less explaining after the intervention is complete; for the client, clear order for the next works.
Request photos
We show the condition after the failure, installation or demolition immediately, without explaining everything from the beginning at each next conversation.
Scope and cost
The client sees what restoration includes, what is outside the scope and where the technical part ends and the finishing part begins.
Status and date
It is clear whether the matter is at inspection, quote, approval, execution, final documentation or settlement stage.
Documents
Contract, invoice, warranty, work summary and final photos are handled in a way that is easy to return to.
Restoration that protects the client relationship
because a technically solved problem still needs aesthetic closure
After your work, the client does not judge only whether the installation works. They also see the wall, ceiling, tiles, trims, skirting, built-in and traces of the intervention.
When we take over this stage, you remain the technical specialists and the client gets a clear closure of the matter.
Let us set a model that removes the renovation stage from your side
During the call, we choose one of two models: client referral or execution support for your company. We immediately organise the rules for requests, commission, discount, responsibility and client communication.
We work on specific scenarios: flooding, opening up a bathroom, electrical chases, air-conditioning installation, trims after doors, window replacement or a client who asks after the technical part: what next?
After the conversation, the partner knows when to recommend us, when to commission a scope, what to tell the client, how settlement works and how a request starts.
This is B2B cooperation that removes the renovation stage from technical companies and gives the client a further, organised step.
Good cooperation starts with the right fit
What else is worth checking
Every partner has a different workflow, clients and responsibility.
That is why we keep the key B2B cooperation paths in one place.
