A partner who helps turn a vision into a finished interior

Partner Program
for Architects and Interior Designers

You do not have to choose between full control over the project and the comfort of working with a contractor.
We provide a flexible partnership model that can be adapted to the scale of the project, the studio's level of involvement and the complexity of the delivery.
From efficient execution and coordination of materials and communication to the delivery of custom details and bespoke elements.
Your concept. Our delivery support. One organised process.

A partnership that does not dilute project authorship

What your studio gains

Architects and interior designers usually do not need a rigid package.
They need a partner who understands detail, can read a project, respects the author's vision and can deliver without chaos.
This is exactly what our cooperation model is built around.

Faithful to the Project

We work so the concept does not lose clarity during execution. Proportion, detail, material and the final impression matter, not just closing the job.

Less Operational Chaos

We organise communication, schedule, decisions, materials and delivery stages. This keeps the studio from drowning in calls, emails and daily firefighting.

Support for Difficult Details

We help where the project stops being standard: unusual materials, custom built-ins, hand-finished elements and solutions that require greater attention.

Flexible Level of Cooperation

You can work with us only on execution, only on selected stages or in a fuller partnership covering coordination, the end client and the My Mivare panel.

Not packages, but different entry points into cooperation

How we can cooperate

Every studio works differently, and not every project needs the same thing.
That is why, instead of closed packages, we offer flexible models that can be adapted to the project stage, the scale of delivery and the role you want to keep on your side.

Execution cooperation

For a studio with a ready project that needs a partner capable of delivering it reliably, aesthetically and without improvising at the end.

  • reading the design and technical drawings
  • execution in line with the agreed detail
  • ongoing signalling of risks and discrepancies

Coordination cooperation

For a studio that wants to keep artistic direction and author supervision, but does not want to manage the entire operational side alone.

  • schedule, stages, photos and statuses
  • coordination of materials and decisions
  • less day-to-day handling on the studio side

Bespoke cooperation

For projects with custom elements, non-standard materials or details that require more attention, tests and refinement.

  • wooden elements, countertops, consoles, tables
  • non-standard forms, finishes and material connections
  • greater care for samples, proportion and the final result

Where the project needs something more
- Detail Atelier

Not every project ends with tile, paint and catalogue built-ins.

Some interiors need a custom wooden element that gives them character and builds the identity of the entire space: a table, console, countertop, live-edge form or detail that cannot simply be ordered from a ready-made catalogue.

These are the kinds of projects where we feel especially strong. We help refine the proportion, finish, natural edge, protection method and connection between wood and other materials, so the final element is not only striking but genuinely ready for daily use.

Not only inspiration, but real execution capability

Example areas of support

This is not about declaring that we can do everything.
What matters is whether we truly understand wood, its natural grain, edge, proportion and connection with other materials so the project holds up in the finished interior.

Live-edge tables and consoles

Solid forms, natural edges, custom bases and proportions matched to a specific interior, not a ready-made catalogue.

Countertops and wet zones

Places where wood has to work with stone, fittings and moisture not only visually, but also technically and functionally.

Custom wooden forms

Details that are not just meant to be beautiful, but consistent with the project. Line, form, edge, stain and final surface finish all matter.

Material connections

This is where tests, agreements and a good feel for detail are most often needed. Wood, metal, stone and plaster must form one coherent whole.

Bathroom details

Wet zones require a good sense of proportion, material and technique. This is where a project can be very easily weakened by poor execution.

Custom countertops and forms

The project can gain more than correct execution. It can receive an element that becomes its signature and creates the emotional tone of the interior.

Project, decisions, execution and final result

How we manage cooperation

It is not just about entering the site.
It is about agreeing from the start who is responsible for what, when a decision is needed, what requires approval and how we protect the project's consistency to the very end.

1. Starting with the project

We define the scope, documentation completeness, sensitive details, materials and areas that may need further refinement before execution starts.

2. Materials and samples

Where needed, we organise samples, options, finishes and real execution possibilities before decisions become costly changes during the work.

3. Execution and reporting

We run the work in a clear way. Photos, statuses, stages and requests are organised, so the studio does not have to collect information from five different places.

4. Final stage and quality control

We take care of the final stage. This is exactly where a project can be lost through rush, shortcuts and lack of attention to detail. We make sure that does not happen.

Scope, decisions and responsibility

How we divide cooperation

We do not publish all operational and commercial terms online, because the scope of cooperation depends on the project, the client and the studio's working model.
We do, however, show a stable responsibility framework that keeps cooperation clear and does not dilute project authorship.

On Mivare's side

  • analysis of the project in terms of execution, risks and work sequence
  • coordination of execution, materials, photos, stages and operational communication
  • delivery of the agreed standard and non-standard scope
  • organising requests, decisions and documentation in the My Mivare panel
  • signalling discrepancies before they become a site problem

On the studio's side

  • setting the project direction, aesthetic priorities and key details
  • approval of materials, options and decisions requiring the author's involvement
  • maintaining author supervision within the agreed scope without having to run daily operations
  • identifying which decisions can be delegated and which must return to the studio
  • overall control through statuses, photos, documents and final approvals

Support for cooperation with the studio and end client

My Mivare

Good cooperation with an architect should not be based on loose messages, screenshots and never-ending threads.
That is why we organise stages, decisions and documentation in one place, so the studio can keep control without adding another layer of administrative chaos.

Stage photos

In one place, you can see how the work is progressing and what has already been done. That means fewer calls and less guessing about what is happening on site.

Approvals and decisions

Materials, changes, confirmations and arrangements do not get lost in correspondence. Every decision has its place and history.

Documents and order

Drawings, photos, arrangements, scopes and materials are organised, so the studio does not have to build its own archive from scattered files.

One communication path

It is a space where it is easier to connect the studio, end client and contractor without chaos or blurred responsibility.

Apartment in a historic tenement

renew the interior without erasing its history

A historic tenement does not need to pretend to be a new apartment. It needs decisions that bring out the proportions, light, height and atmosphere of the place. In this bedroom, the goal was to restore class without taking away the room's calm, old soul.

This project clearly shows our approach to spaces with history. We do not cover up character. We organise it, strengthen it and bring it to a level you can feel from the first step inside.

Let us review one project

You do not need to have a ready cooperation model or a full map of the entire project at the first conversation.

One project, its stage, scope, client and the areas that currently weigh most on the studio or carry the greatest execution risk are enough. We will show where execution alone makes sense, where coordination should be added and where the project deserves greater attention to detail.

We will refine the scope and organisational details at the level of a specific cooperation. This should be a partnership that genuinely relieves your studio and strengthens the project, not something that only sounds good on a website.

Good cooperation starts with the right fit

What else is worth checking

Every partner has a different workflow, clients and responsibility.
That is why we keep the key B2B cooperation paths in one place.
