Seven programmes, seven ways of settling

Partner Programmes

Each of these groups buys differently, so every programme settles in a different unit and ends with a different document. A developer needs a rate per metre and a warranty matched to statutory liability. A property manager needs an offer that can be put on the table at a meeting. A designer needs nobody swapping the specified material. These are not variants of one offer, but seven separate programmes.

Find the one that is yours

Every group buys differently, so each programme closes a different problem and ends with a different document.

Common to all programmes

Seven programmes, one standard of work

Whatever the programme, these points do not change. This is the part of the offer we do not give up under schedule pressure.

01

One person in charge

Every partner has a named contact who knows their projects and owns the arrangements. We do not pass the subject between people.

02

Written scope before start

Quantities, scope and exclusions go on paper before work starts, so there is no room for surprise extras.

03

Handover documentation

The handover protocol, photographic record and warranty card are part of the service, not an option on request.

04

No further subcontracting

Our own crews do the work. We do not pass the scope on, so responsibility does not dissolve across three companies.

Let us start

Not sure which programme is yours?

Write what you have on your hands right now. We will say which programme covers it, or that none of them does.

Good cooperation starts with the right fit

What else is worth checking

Every partner has a different workflow, clients and responsibility.
That is why we keep the key B2B cooperation paths in one place.
Choose the area closest to your projects and see how we can join the process.

For Property Managers

Renovations of common areas and units

We handle upgrades, refresh work and renovation tasks where organisation, resident safety and a predictable process matter.

For Architects

A contractor who understands design

We deliver design concepts with attention to detail, communication and execution quality, so the author of the project can protect the final effect.

For Insurers

Restoring homes after damage

We support works after leaks, failures and residential damage: from inspection and documentation to efficient restoration work.
