Bonding primer – uses, selection and application

The bonding primer makes sense for smooth concrete, compact old coating, for gypsum plaster, plaster or selected masses. Do not use it mechanically if the problem concerns: an ordinary absorbent plaster under paint, very dusty plaster without reinforcement or an actively wet wall; first assess the load-bearing capacity, absorbency, dirt and compatibility with the next layer.

Deep-penetrating primer – uses, selection and application

Deeply penetrating makes sense when the substrate absorbs water, is dusty, old or uneven after repairs. It is not used to create an adhesive rough layer on smooth concrete and does not repair loose plaster.
